Governance

 

CSW has three-tier governance system:

  1. Direction
  2. Supervision
  3. Implementation

Direction

CSW has a Consultative Committee to provide policy level directions and necessary guidance for achieving its goals. The members of this committee continue to be updated depending upon the requirement and projects in hand.

Supervision

CSW has a Governing Body to supervise, guide, control and ensure that policy guidelines are being properly implemented and project objectives are being achieved. The Governing Board members are:

1. Mr Vinod Sharma, President

He is postgraduate and holds a law degree. He is responsible for overall management of the organisation and public relations.

2. Mrs Reena Gupta, Vice-President

She is a graduate and responsible for overall management of the organisation and public relations.

3. Mr Abhijeet Samant, Secretary

He is a graduate and works as a Project Coordinator.

4. Mr BK Chaturvedi, Treasurer

He is a science graduate and heads accounts section.

5. Mrs Pushpa Yadav, Member

She is higher secondary pass and looks after administration.

6. Mrs Mohini Thakur, Member

She is higher secondary pass and looks after liasioning work.

7. Ms Suchi, Member

She is a graduate and responsible for implementation of projects and also looks after accounts and office work.

8. Mr Omkar Chiroliya, Member

He is a commerce graduate and responsible for implementation of projects and also looks after accounts and office work.

Implementation

CSW has a 21-member team, consisting of dedicated, committed, experienced professionals, supervisory and support staff. It includes:
